Coxinhas !!!! I don't know if there's any brazilian pal on the board but I've been living in France now, and I'm getting crazy about eating a "coxinha" !!!

Bread, bread, bread......... I'm on a carbo-free kick at the moment. I can take or leave the chocolate cookies, but what I would give for a freshly baked bread roll. Drool.

Hmmm...do you mean fried on the side? A yuca is like a potato in texture. A papusa with yuca just thrown on it is not exactly how they serve those!@

I am having a lovely salad PP made-mixed greens, tomatoes, celery, mushrooms, spring onions, a sprinkle of mozarella. I am eating it after he went to bed because he is on a liquid diet for medical reasons.

Oh my lord, that sounds SO good right now. Don't tempt me to drive the 30 miles to the closest place with good pad thai. I actually made my own this summer, I was so proud of myself

No, my boyfriends mom served it to me not fried and it was good. It's crumbly and white looking. It tastes just like a lighter version of cheese to me.
