For some reason biscuits and gravy were calling my name at breakfast this morning. I didn't wanna put that in my body so I compromised and just had a biscuit.

I was craving a meatball sandwich and I just ate one. Normally I'm not a big meat eater but during PMS (which I have this entire F*CKEN week  ), I crave meat and salty foods.

I ended up having "white trash" lunch, Chef Boyardee spagetti & meatballs and vienna sausages. I have to go grocery shopping if you cant tell. Scraping the bottom of the barrel. LOL

I'd love some authentic Mexican food right now. It's hard to get here. The best place is downtown, but it's very small, has no liquor license, and doesn't take reservations. You usually have to wait at least an hour for a table.
So...maybe I'll make tacos tonight. I'm still looking for a good enchilada recipe -- I'd like a tried and true one since I've tried making a couple of recipes and they didn't turn out well.
Anyone????
