    I had a weird late brekkie. A tiny amount of leftover butternut squash pasta, two small pieces of fig and anise bread with honey, and an orange. Plus OJ, and two big coffees. Now I'm going to take my vitamins.

    Decided to revive this thread b/c I'm bored. I'm going with the simple today a bowl of cheerios with soy milk and fresh sliced strawberries.

    Up all night and half past noon is a bit late for brekkie so I'm heading out for Thai food.

    I was bad, I didn't eat a "real" breakfast today. I ate the leftover half of a veggie burger with grilled onions that I had for dinner last night. It definitely tasted good though

    I have a question. I've only been eating fruit for breakfast lately. Is this considered "balanced" or healthy breakfast? And I'm talking about just eating one kind of fruit...today I had cherries.

    Does that fill you up? Why not put your fruit atop some bran cereal and skim milk? Oh well, to each her own. For the record, I have Cheerios every morning and coffee.

    Can't sleep so I'm having breakfast early. I'm eating some oatmeal (the real stuff, not the dry crap you make in the microwave) with some strawberries.

    Unfortunately, I either dont eat breakfast or I wake up way past breakfast time and just eat my first meal as lunch. Bad, but it keeps my calories down.

    Oatmeal with a tbsp ground flaxseed cooked with water. one tsp honey and 7 raisins on top. a 3 egg-white omelet, 2 ounces 1% cottage cheese and half an organic grapefruit. great food, little calories!!

    I do have to agree, that not eating a big breakfast will ensure that I pig out later in the day. I don't even think about it and that's how it naturally happens!

    I usually have a protein shake with some oatmeal, or some microwave breakfast sandwiches. A few times a week I'll get that McDonald's pancakes and sausage meal with a diet coke!
