479 Popcorn, the kind with herbs and nutritional yeast. Was so weird-tasting at first, and now I'm finishing the whole bag.

My grandmother sent me a big package of some things that I accidentally had sent to her home, and in her new package to me she packed candy and nuts that I normally don't buy for myself. I'm currently finishing off a bag of Emerald sriracha cashews that are fucking delicious.

I'm on a soup kick with the cold weather up here. Tonight I made Italian Wedding soup. It was so good. Made it with yummy grilled cheese sandwiches. The kid even had a second bowl. Meatballs in soup are fun for a kid!

I love zucchini soup! So good. Mexican zucchini soup is one of my favorites.

Italian wedding soup is basically a veggie soup(carrots, celery, onion) with a chicken base. Little mini meatballs, a tiny pasta like a tubettini or stars. Add some fresh baby spinach about two minutes before serving. Top with fresh grated parmesan. It's delicious.

The rest of my muffuleta sandwich. Italian meats and cheeses with an olive tapenade on focaccia bread. It's good but not enough olive tapenade on it.

Grape leaves, hummus with eggplant, red onions, and anchovies, over some romaine lettuce. It makes me boring to say this, but it's my absolute favorite meal.
