ETA: I looked it up, its called Gobi masala.
I love cauliflower but one of my favorite ways to eat it lately is au gratin. For some reason I don't really like au gratin potatoes but the cauliflower version is perfect, especially with some hot sauce.

..………...mmm SHELLEE. I want some. I used to think that I was allergic because I ate some when I was stationed in Japan and it swole up my lips and tongue. Turned out it was the pesticides the Navy food suppliers were using. I eat watermelon in the USA - no problems.

Now I have to get my Saratoga potatoes out of my air fryer...

That sounds delish. I've got a medley of leftovers, Quiche Lorraine, BBQ chicken, mac and cheese and the last of the watermelon.

That sounds good, gas chick. If I could eat Mexican food all day every day, I would be happy...

Tonight, I had a few goat cheese and mixed greens raviolis tossed with pesto and fire roasted tomatoes a little while ago because I worked late again and I didn't want to cook or eat that much.

    I love figs...

Having a mimosa with a key lime beer splash instead of juice. I'm getting food later, but I will be craving this drink long after it will be tapped out.

Apricots fresh off the tree. First time in 2 years the birds and squirrels have left some for us.

Spaghetti; nothing fancy, just ground beef seasoned with salt and garlic powder, jarred garden-style pasta sauce an thin spaghetti noodles.

As I was making dinner, I saw that the box of spaghetti had one of those sets of circles that you're supposed to use to measure the amount of spaghetti you want to cook, the largest circle being representative of 4 servings. I then took a look at the nutrition info, and the serving size is 2 ounces of spaghetti. Now, really, does anyone eat only 2 ounces of any pasta at a time?!? I think not, lol!

Pork tamales that I bought from a friend at work (her mom made them to help raise money for a cousin who died in a car accident a couple of weeks ago). They're okay flavorwise, but so far 2 of the ones I've eaten have had more fat than actual meat in them; personally, it really bugs me when I take a big bite and end up with a big blob of fat in my mouth...
