A slice of Chocolate Austrain Cream Cake, which has been the bane of my existence all week. My grandmother made it and brought it over, and its sofa king good...

Pork roast, kraut w/dumplings, and mashed potatoes. I don't like to wait until midnight.

I bought a pork roast this afternoon and was planning on putting it in the crockpot to cook all night. How did you prepare yours?

Crockpot, I love to do pork and beef roasts in the cp. I did this one on high though, for about 7 hours, adding the kraut 1/2 way through. I always toss in apple slices to cut down on the tartness, and this year I added dumplings in the last hour....mmmmmmmm

Good Luck. What time should I be there?

Considering I haven't put it in the pot yet, it should be nice and juicy about noon tomorrow. Come on over...that won't be too soon to have it again, will it?

PS: I love kraut but I'm picky about it. I can only do kraut with sausages~

What's milo?? I'm sitting here tempted by the aroma of the pork roast I made last night, sipping my hot Chai Latte and wondering if I will make it til noon before I dig into that roast AGAIN~
