    Grab the red wine, cook up some nice red onions, splash a bit of balsamic in with the onions (and maybe a touch of brown sugar), a splash or three of the red, chop of the sausage, bubble away for a bit and you've got yourself one tasty meal. Damn, I may have to make that tomorrow.
