Omfg, I just picked up lunch at the Shrimp Shack. Panko encrusted yellow tail pan fried in key lime butter, and topped with sauteed tomatoes, scallions and parmesan cheese. So freaking delicious.

We're about to destroy some plain old baked potatoes topped with chili. I made a double sized batch of chili yesterday!

We are having a Halloween party today at work, meaning everyone brought food. I'm so damn full now after eating sweet and sour meatballs, queso dip, cuban sandwhiches, quiche, ect...

Cauliflower "mashed potatoes" topped with collard greens (with beets, peas, and bell pepper), then topped with my homemade marinara (SO FUCKING GOOD if I do say so) which was then topped with roasted onions.... Fucking yum. I love topping good shit with more good shit, and then even MORE good shit. (having masturbatory foodgasm right now sorry)

Edit: now having a dessert of red wine and dark chocolate.

They were serving that at Wegman's when we were there over the weekend. What was particularly awesome was that the butternut squash soup was only 90 calories per serving, even though it is decadently creamy. About 1/3 the calories of the other soups.

And I'm eating cranberry and flaxseed oatmeal. I love it.

Buckwheat porridge with raspberries, flax seeds, peanut butter, coconut shreds, and agave. I was starving and this hits the spot.
