no, it's take out from the local vietnamese place. it's yummy though.
i think pho is one of those things that you can't really make at home. i mean, you can of course but if you want real pho broth, you have to let it cook for at least 6 hours and ain't nobody got time for that.
plus this place makes amazing pho and it's like 7 bucks and enough for at least 2-3 meals.

One good thing about Orange county is the amazing choices you have for pho or any Vietnamese food.

Homemade sweet and sour chicken (not fried). It was "meh". Good thing Mr. Shell really liked it. It can be his lunch for two days. A little went a long way with me.

"Vintage Italia" pasta chips. Oven baked. Thin. Crispy. Alfredo flavor. Pretty good.

Yummy, Brookie! I'll be right over.

A couple baby carrots. Haven't decided on dinner yet.

I had a pretty terrific smoothie Friday night at dinner (Middle Eastern place) - banana, milk, honey and avocado. Incredibly nice, not too sweet.

I made turkey chili. It was really good. Added a little serrano pepper for some zip. Yum.

I could go for another bowl.
