They're pretty good, but I feel like they put too much tomato sauce in there. Always have a lot left over.

vitamin water. the power-c (dragonfruit) variety. yes i know it's coloured sugar water but i love that it's not too sweet and it tastes like the grenadine syrup we used to buy to put in water when i was growing up.

    any good? recipe?
12 ounces alaskan salmon, drained and flaked (buy a filet and cut it up)
    3 ounces chopped onions
    6 ounces chopped celery
    2-3 slices cooked bacon
    4 -5 ounces baby carrots
    3 cups fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, cubed
    6-8 baby red potatoes, cubed
    2 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1/4 cup water

In slow cooker, combine all veggies and bacon with the chicken broth
Cook for about 4-5 hours on LOW.
When the vegetables are soft, turn the slow cooker to high, add the cream cheese, and stir until melted.
Add the salmon, spices, and ¼ cup water. Stir. Cook about 10-20 more minutes on high, stirring occasionally.

I got this off of food.com a couple of years ago and modified it by adding the potatoes and garlic cloves.

I just finished this off tonight, sopping it up with a Thomas' 100-calorie english muffin with butter. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
