That sounds good, I should try that sometime! Mozzarella sometimes gets so hard (or something?) when you warm it up, but cheddar usually just remelts.

Right now I'm eating a spinach wrap with avocado and homemade salsa.

I adore cheese in general. Cheddar cheese is the perfect cheese for almost anything. Other than that, I have too many favorites to mention...I'm someone who will compulsive shop over-priced cheese just because I want to try it. lol

I like the Laughing Cow all the way up to price goat cheese I get from DiBruno's - this chichi upscale food market near my apartment.
