We're having a farewell breakfast buffet for our departing captain. Once the line shortens a bit, I will partake of some scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and maybe some home fries...let the military folk eat first.

I'm about to have some extremely fattening mac and cheese that was made with smoked gouda and brie. Comfort food has stretched to day two!

I had Eggs Benedict, hash browns and Canadian bacon; they hired people to cook, so the food was really good. Back to galley food for lunch - burritos.

slices of deli ham, provolone with lowfat olive oil mayo. AND a tablespoon of Biscoff Spread, from Belgium which I purchased on a lark. Simply adore it. Maybe even more than Nutella. Never tasted anything like it.
