These are actually quite healthy, despite the name.
Sounds yummy, I was eating Crunchie Rocks.

You must've missed this bit "Anyway, cottage pie has sliced potato on the top not mash.... Lol! See, I can't ignore you for long!"
That muscle milk sounds, well, not my thing.... Are you bodybuilding?

And the only card I have is this... ?

    ^^^^Queen of Swords!!! AWESOME!!!!
Then I guess there is such a thing as Beef Shepherd's Pie then. Cottage pie sounds intriguing. Like scalloped potatoes on top.

Muscle Milk is a soy-based, high protein, low-carb drink. I use it as a meal replacement mainly. I lift and do cardio, but I am more focused on trimming down.

You'd love my lunch today then.
Chicken breast baked with mushrooms & a little chasseaur sauce, birds eye steam fresh rice with broccoli & peas & some salsa. I normally have steamfresh carrots/peas/beans (or some other variety) but the freezer was bare this am! I'm looking at 360 calories... I'm trying to stick to 1200/day since I maintain at 1500 & anything more I gain.
I use the iPhone app from Sparkpeople to track my calories.

I had a cheese omelet with oven-baked hash browns.

I try to do between 1500-2000 calories. I get weak if I do less. I gained some weight because I was down for the count recently w/health issues. Better now, and getting focused on fitness again.

    What is chasseaur sauce?

I am sampling a successful batch of whole grain angel biscuits hot from the oven. I will most likely eat a few more later with marmalade and a cup of tea.

Buddy is sitting beside the stove waiting for me to give him a biscuit.

Yeah, I'm not impressed with being on 1200 but I'm getting used to it - plus side is that I'm seeing a change for my effort!

Chasseaur sauce - comes in the packet with the chicken! Lol

Chicken chasseur is like chicken cacciatore? Sounds good.

I am broiling my hot wings tonight I think - nothing deep fried. Sigh - I hate getting older. We have to give up the shit that tastes the best.

These weren't sweet biscuits. They were savoury yeast-raised scones. Very healthy - three-grain [whole wheat flour, rolled oats, cornmeal], no fat, no sugar.

    OH! Like an American "biscuit"...

I've just had a baked potato (I saw little point in making myself any dinner & he's not home, as per usual). But I had brazilian Moqueca last night & it was blissful!

Muscle Milk. Diet Muscle Milk. I meet with friends Monday evenings for happy hour pizza dinners and have to behave so I can eat a slice or two later.
