If I'm extraordinarily hungry during the week, I may cheat one day and compensate the next. But I always give myself days just to say "screw it" and do what I want. I find myself always regretting it the next day though, it screws with my stomach since ordinarily I always eat healthy organic options. I have to eat a big bowl of All Bran cereal the next day (too much information?) But oh well, I'm not going to let that ruin my fun!
