I just drank some soy milk with malt extract and flaxseed oil mixed with fresh banana. Technically a drink I guess. It was yummy though!

Campbell's tomato soup in the "good to go" thing that you drink right out of the container. I love it!

Dry brown toast. I was craving carbs and don't like butter on my toast. Darn - I just remembered there's peanut butter in the fridge!

You steep the green tea forlike 10 seconds in boiling water (dunking the teabag or diffuser, whichever) and then dump out that water.
Then you fill a glass with cold water (some icecubes help) and let steep again, but for 5 mins or so.. dunking helps.
steeping it in boiling water for that small amount of time lets a lot of the acidic oils out of the leaves that gives green tea a lot of bitterness. By doing that you're left with a nice, cold aromatic glass of fresh cut GRASS.
Takes a bit of getting used to, but quite refreshing.

I could go for a cold glass of green tea right now. I just put green tea bags in my iced tea maker.
