Free mostaccioli with arrabbiata sauce and a meatball from the excellent italian cafe next to my store. We give them free coffee, they bring us free lunch, it's a fantastic arrangement.

I was doing so good today; salad for lunch, salad for dinner. Unfortunately, about 15 minutes ago I developed a craving for Hershey's kisses. So now I'm on my 6th Hershey's kiss. Hopefully I'll burn off the calories on the eliptical before bed.
