Beets (or beetroot as we call them) are REALLY good for you. Packed with vitamins and antioxydants. I like it grated raw over a salad or just steamed with maybe a mustard/mayo dip.

milk grosses me out, when it's by itself. everytime i drink it i feel like i'm drinking cow snot or something.
and i can't eat eggs i've prepared myself. something about them being eggs. its the texture or something. i think it's that mucous feeling again. if i go out and they are prepared though i usually am okay.
I'm the same. I never drink milk and even if I was in desperate need of a drink and was offered milk, I would decline
Eggs...yuck, yuck, yuck... whenever I make eggs, I always have to cut out that squiggly umbilical cord thingy in the eggs...and it doesn't matter the reason - scrambled eggs, eggs used for a cake...whatever...GET IT OUTTA THERE.
Oh god I love milk...... I love it so much. I would drink it all day every day if I weren't lactose intolerant these days, and if it didn't have so many calories. I can't verbalize how much I love milk. If I'm good enough to go to heaven, I will have milk every day.

I hardly ever use milk except in coffee and tea and not always then. I am not a fussy eater in that I am pretty adventurous, although I like good food, not fast food crap.
I don't eat anything slimy, organ meats, or much red meat at all, pork, anything too sweet (most candy, cereals and desserts are out unless they're homemade or made by a really good pastry chef), and I don't like really bland food. Other than that, I will eat just about anything that's put before me as long as it's not on an endangered list.
I cannot believe what I just read. You'll have to drop in for a visit someday, i'm sure I can make a rib lover out of you yet. Yummm.--The secret is to brown the meat with a dash of salt & pepper, cook for 45 minutes then coat the ribs in brown sugar with 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and slide back in the oven for another hour. Tony Roma's barbeque sauce comes at the end so it sticks nicely.
