    RIGHT NOW my favorite food that I must have or I will go insane is pickled red cabbage. I get a brand called Aunte Nelly's and I will eat that by the spoonful straight from the jar; I also want beets. I've been sitting at my desk thinking about salads and red cabbage... not really a favorite food but a massive craving.
    All time favorites would be: Chicken mole at home, fried okra, squash casserole, margerita pizza, pho at tau bay, and bo luc lac from Mo Mong... I have food on the brain right now; I am so going home for lunch to eat red cabbage out of a jar... wtf is wrong with me?

    At any grocery store I would think; I don't know why this delicious food product is not sold by street vendors.

    I like it all. Sigh. Sweet, salty, spicy, bland, light & airy, heavy & filling. Sigh. If I could narrow it down to just one preference perhaps I would not have an ass the size of a small northeastern state. But I likes me food.

    Never tried pickled cabbage, but I am on a serious pickled beet kick right now. I've had them in salad every night for the last week. I just went to Costco and bought 5 jars. Nummy.

    But people living with me don't allow me to fry it in the morning , they say it's no unhealthy! So I've to avoid a riot everymorning and I never ever have it... ...

    Why not cook it in the microwave?

    There's just one solution for this statement:
    - you're too brilliant;
    - I am too little smart

    ... please can you allow me to think you're too brilliant???

    Then you must try it! It's not for everyone, but I live on the Atlantic Ocean so I'm lucky that I get to have it more often then some. That said, it's still a real treat every time!

    there are so many! Off the top of my head: sushi, sashimi, macaroons, most Oriental pastries, pasteis do nata, humus, nan bread, Tandoori chicken, msot African food, Austrian pastries, carrot cake, crumble, cheesecake, lassi yoghurt... As you can see, I have universal tastes.
