Best thing I ever did was look at blood type diets - I'm a hunter-gather and yeah, it does suit my body. I was healthy & lean. Farmed things (wheat, milks, cheeses) just bloat me.....
I was a veggie for 13 yrs & used to have awful problems with dissiness, which I didn't after starting to eat (some) meats again - each to their own.
I gave up the red meats when I was 15, and I never had any problems with any developmental issues not bones or anything. But I agree to each his or her own.
Oh and I'm not one of the "save the cow" types. Cows are stupid, and some find them tasty. I say dig in if you want.
Act normal and the crowd will accept you. Act deranged and they will make you their leader
