Μy hometown products the best olive oil and olives, too.
We use nothing but olive oil,for beauty treatements also, like hair mask, face and body mask.
There was an old man when i was a kid,he drank a spoonfull of extra virgin oil first think in the morning and a glass of red wine before bed at night.
    He died 101,without a day,s illness.
I get our oil from people i know,so i make sure it is perfect.
Olive tree is a blessed tree..i love to see the silvery planes of my home place, well ,what is left of it after the fires....

I still get her to eat them once in awhile. Need to make a bigger practice of Olive Oil though.
Babe, if you can find ANYTHING a kid will eat without a tonne of sugar in it...let them eat it!!!! Kids metabolisms can get rid of fat ASAP, just think of how much they burn keeping you up at night.

I think a perfectly ripe avocado tastes a little like...well it's creamy, almost like butter, but with a lot more flavor and a firmer consistency--you can take a bite out of it--and with a little bit of a nutty flavor. It's really hard to describe, the flavor is sort of distinct. A little bit like olive oil when you dip bread in it, it's got a really rich mouthfeel from the natural oils.

    Someone help me out!

I hate this. I love olive oil, but the studies I have read say the fat in olive oil or any fat for that matter, raises cancer risk. I hate that there are so many contradicting studies, it is hard to know what to believe. Well, I am going to keep using a little olive oil everyday, I just love it.
