That has got to be the worst fusion assault the Americans have made upon the Japanese since the atom bomb.

I use yogurt in LOTS of dishes as a cream base, primarily in place of sour cream... many of these contain cheese. The best is garlic potato casserole in a colby/yogurt sauce. YUM.

There's an ice cream that has cheese and corn in it, called maize con queso or something of that sort. It might be of Asian origin, maybe from the Phillipines, but I've had it and it is delicious.

Besides sushi a lot of asian foods don't seem like it would be compatible with cheese.

Red Thai shrimp curry. Disgusting. My father-in-law put cheese sauce on his once, because he just assumed that something "saucy" went with something "ricey" (it was meant for another dish). Worst. Idea. Ever.

I really can't think of anything Asian that goes good with cheese. They do call us the milk people for a reason...They can smell the milk on us a mile away.

That's easy: You can put cheese on anything.

    Game over.

You can also put sugar, salt, tabasco, etc on anything, but do you really want to?
