I'm not sure what that is - looks like french fries with pieces of butter and caramel on top? I'll pass.
How about Deviled Eggs? I know some who love it and some who want to gag when they see them.

I tend to like dishes with cabbage, so I'd probably try it.
What about baby mice wine?
Baby mice wine is a traditional Chinese and Korean "health tonic," which apparently tastes like raw gasoline. Little mice, eyes still closed, are plucked from the embrace of their loving mothers and stuffed (while still alive) into a bottle of rice wine. They are left to ferment while their parents wring their tiny mouse paws in despair, tears drooping sadly from the tips of their whiskers.

I can't stomach the looks of most of these foods!
Americans are not very culinary inclined, we buy our food through the drive- through window mostly. So the looks of this is beyond us. If is isn't automatically visually appealing, our stomachs can't take it!

I'm more apt to eat odd things if I DON'T know what it is beforehand.

Hmm, I would eat a lot of things on this thread...pass on the 1000 yr old egg, the blood soup, the chicken feet...
How about these?

Thassa right, folks. Bacon chocolate chip cookies.
They're supposedly quite good.

I'd taste it, and then pluck the bacon off the top most likely.
How about my holiday weakness Red Velvet Cake?

Mmmmm, the nuts on the cream-cheese icing has me salivating like crazy.
Holiday sausage cheese balls, made with no liquids and held together purely with fat and oil from the meat and cheese? Come on, you know you want some.
