I would at least try most of this stuff - I don't think you can say "yuk" until you do. I don't have a problem with most offal but admit I struggle with the idea of eating brains. Illogical but there you go. The only other food I really cannot eat is oysters which look and taste like a mouthful of salty snot. I do not understand how or why people go into raptures over them.
