Close second is Greek (I eat that almost every day).

I have favourite dishes from different countries/cuisines. That's an idea for a thread

And kind of on a tangent, anything that comes from Czech/Serb/Eastern European countries. It can be hearty, country fare, but sometimes you'll find it's a little more...refined, I guess. At least what I've experienced where I live...

Ah yes, I can get behind all that. Definitely.

We really don't have too many Vietnamese places around here, but I do have a fondness for bahn bao, especially in winter.
What? Serious am I having a mental breakdown where I got two log ins? This is me!!!

I love soul food, too, but living down here, it gets a bit redundant. My favorite barbecue/soul food restaurant in the WORLD takes soul food to a whole 'nother level, and I thank the Lort for it everyday! (I don't even really care for barbecue, either!)

My mother always said she never trusted restaurant made soul food; that the best soul food comes out of someone's home...I dunno, I have eaten some good stuff in restaurants.
