There's a lot more here going on than what happens to a particular compound.
Don't stop eating raw salads ever day, even though they are extremely expensive compared to other foods. One poster listed her food content for a week, heck, I eat more vegetables than that in a single day.
Pay now, or pay later, to the oncologist, anesthesiologist, etc.
