It tastes like soap to me. I may as well be downing Palmolive because the taste is one and same to me.

I too have gagged on cilantro and have had it ruin entire meals for me. Definitely vomit inducing.

Cilantro is a vile, noxious, devil's weed. It used to boggle my mind how anyone could get used to that overpowering taste, let alone enjoy it, until it occurred to me that not everyone tastes it the way I taste it. I would rather eat soap before touching even a teeny, tiny flake of cilantro.

    Gavomit!
It's the herbal equivalent of marmite - the tiniest bit is enough to make me gag

My German heritage makes me vomit and then the Mexican in me just loves it; meal times can be a very confusing experience for me.

I love it, during the summer I add it to almost everything, even ice cream.

there's this place in geneva that makes really yummy and weird ice creams and sorbets.
they had a pineapple and basil one that was fucking amazing and that i miss dearly. and the was a lemon cilantro one that was also amazing. sounds weird, and you think they're going to smell like hawaiian pizza or something until you try them and it's so fucking good.
they even did a goat's cheese ice cream that was to die for.
