I don't eat steak. Ever since I went to Outback Steakhouse in '97 I got sick like 7 times. Wont eat steak anymore. Plus, I think it tastes weird. Big slab of red meat.

I'm obviously in the minority but I like my steak well done. No pink bits thank you very much.

Yes, people who know food hate that. My boyfriend prefers his steak well done because he has a phobia for uncooked meat, it runs in his family. I like mine medium rare to medium well. I have however, had bloody steak before. It was practically still moo-ing. I don't think i'll try that again.

Depends on the type of steak. I like filet quickly seared on the outside to seal it and rare in the middle (ditto fish). Cheaper cuts of steak need more cooking IMO but never more than medium rare. The cavewoman in me needs to see BLOOD. Overcooked steak tastes like cardboard.

When I have left over steak I like to cut it up in little pieces fry it in butter and eat it with an egg for breakfast.
I like my steak Med-Rare.

Somewhere between rare and medium rare. I want it between pink and red in the middle, soft, but not too bloody. I don't like them very often but when I am in the mood, so good!

I don't eat steaks, big hunk of meat grosses me out. My friend gave me a piece of rare steak once when we were at a Teppanyaki place. It was actually delish. I liked the texture.
Still, I'm not a big fun of beef.

I go fucking crazy for extra rare steak. The bloodier, the better! So much for 'eat a steak you skinny bitch'. I eat a steak whenever I get the opportunity, how about you, fat bitches?
