    I just normally grab a grapefruit and some water with a slice of lemon or lime in it. If I have time, I will make rolled oats with honey. That doesn't take long and is healthy and very filling.

    Quick cook oats, enough water to cover, mashed banana with 1-2 shredded dates and a teaspoon of peanut butter, all mixed, cooked, topped with blueberries.

    You are so healthy Voodoo and Lani, I crave junk, sugar, grease in the morning I dont know why!!!! I have a hard time eating healthy but I really want to!!

    I think so many people are brought up on sugar. My brothers are thes ame way, wont have any breakfast that isnt greasy or full of sugar. My youngest brother has a mixing bowl of nutri grain topped with a layer of chocolate drinking powder *gag*.

    You should try it Rambie;mix up your own porridge oats and bran, then chuck loads of raisins and sultanas through it; you'll get a better sugar hit from them than a breakfast cereal

    I always eat protein bars and have tried most of them. I like the South Beach, Detour, Atkins (granola ones, not the other), Pria, Balance. I also get Black Bean and Chipotle wraps by Gardenburger and they are FAB!
