Bacon and peanut butter sandwich. Move over Elvis.

Anyone who's tried being a vegetarian will tell you that it will be the smell and taste of cooked bacon that lures them back to the dark side.

I forgot about that stuff! Don't know what happened, maybe Mr. Bacon ate it all?

Staunch bacon-hater here. The smell of it cooking triggers my gag reflex, maple syrup or no.

The stink of bacon in the morning will make me vomit. The smell of any pork product causes me to heave--sausage is even worse.

^^ Kindred soul! Some sausage, not all, does the same to me. I wonder why that is? Everyone else in the world seems to love that smell, how is it that it triggers the opposite reaction? When I was a kid I'd hide in the closet to avoid the smell.

I think the sausage thing is the combination of the spices that tend to be used and the sickly sweet stench of the meat.

I can understand not liking the smell of sausage, but bacon? It's divine.

That is unusual. Most people hide in the closet because they like the sausage

I just bought my boyfriend a maple-bacon truffle from Whole Foods for Valentines. It came highly recommended, and combines three things he loves. I feel like it can't be wrong...I guess we'll see.
