i drink it straight (i didn't know you were supposed to mix it )
when it was really expensive i'd drink half a 'bulb' then save the rest for another day..
*but* i found a much cheaper brand at the health food store..about 1.5 L (of fresh pomegranate juice) for 3.99 (i think it's cheaper now too..i've forgetten to buy it..just say that it was at a new reduced price today at the grocery store when i went to buy gain detergent)
oh doesn't it make your skin look *fabulous?*

maybe I should drink it straight cause my skin looks like shit right now. But, I am going through that whole 2nd puberty thing and feeling super old ladyish and it is nearing winter.
I will have to look and see if it has gotten any cheaper here.

I like all the flavors, but mango and tangerine probably best.
I like to mix it with vodka

I've heard it helps prevent prostate cancer in men. As for me, it's got antioxidants, and it tastes good. It makes my vodka a good for me drink!

There was a recipe for pomegranate margaritas in a weight watchers magazine. Fresh pomegranate was out of season so we just used Pom. It was excellent!

I could only ever drink the Pomegranate flavour, and it was so filling that it was like a meal itself. It's very good, though, and it made my skin glow. Hmm... Time to grab a bottle!

Does it have a lot of sugar in it? I avoid most juices because I don't want all that sugar.

Are you referring to added sugars or to raising your blood sugar levels?
The POM juice is 100% juice. However, it's very concentrated, so you'd want to dilute it or mix it if you're worried about sugar levels.
Pomegranate has a GI of 67. That puts it a bit higher than say Coca Cola. But it has a much higher nutritional value!
