Default Do You Have Any New Year's Food Resolutions?

Every year I resolve to eat more salads, at least one a day, fish, fruit, vegetables and whole grains. I've been good on the fish and salad part, but still lagging behind in the fruit/veggies department. But I faithfully take vitamins!

    How about you?

I'm going to try to take in more protein, in meats and powders. I've been sick alot this year and I already dropped in weight and muscle.

Im going to try to eat more foods with iron since I found out for one week out of the month my iron level is unbelievable low per my doctor. Drink more water faithfully and eat more salads with different lettuces.

    Mine is kind of specific.
You know the saying " An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
So I want to eat at least one and hopefully two apples a day.

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

Nix the takeout and eat more meals prepared at home.

This is a hard one for me because I'm gone all day and have a long commute. By the time I get home at night, the last thing I want to do is cook. And I HATE hearing ... 'What's for dinner?' ... two seconds after I walk through the front door!!
