Does anyone have an easy, tried and true recipe for ginger bread men? I bought one for my son and he's just yummed it up while doing a little happy dance. I think that meant he liked it! I prefer to make things where I can for him so I know exactly what's in it.

I'm pretty inept when it comes to baking cookies and cakes so I need something that's easy and fool proof if possible.
