im 22 and i dont know how to use silverware!

so i didnt really notice this until recently but i have noticed the different ways people use their silverware.. i dont know how to do it properly and i would like to know how to. i can do it like then english do (fork upside down in wrong hand) but then how do you eat your veggies? and i can do it like us hethans do ( switching all the time) but i feel like i look like a redneck and unorganized.

how am i supposed to do it? i dont know- teach me. my new guy is highly annoyed by bad table manners and i guess that means i need to get some..

Seriously though, if he thinks you're too uncouth he may be a waste of your time and energy pleasing him. OR you could have asked him for some playful guidance since he's Mr. MANners.
