Default Low-sodium cookbook recommendations?

Living without salt is a hard one. I threw out the salt shaker (yes, really - too tempting right now), but I am finding that some of my "healthy" meals aren't so healthy, like the vegetable soup I buy and some cereals. Even throwing a can of chick peas into a meal can tip my sodium intake. Looks like my adaption is going to involve more of a lifestyle change than just putting the salt down.

Does anyone have a low-sodium cookbook recommendation, one that you personally use?

aries i don't have any cookbook recommendations, one thing i have heard you can do is take regular recipes and add herb mixes instead of salt as a substitution? to make them lower-sodium
