Default Mineral Water - Still or Sparkling?

We all know we have to drink at least 2 litres of water per day in order to remain healthy. I do my best, but it's very boring so I've been drinking sparkling water recently and I've noticed that it's far more enjoyable. I try to avoid the stupidly expensive ones, and those with a lot of sodium (Perrier and Pellegrino are very salty).

When dining out I like sparkling.

I drink a lot water per day (roughly a gallon) and at home I can't be bothered to have both at hand but my brita filter gets a workout every day.

I drink a lot of water too, but I'm very picky about it. It must be still water, filtered in some way, and really cold. I feel so prissy about it, but we have filtered water at home and I can tell the difference between filtered and unfiltered.

I can't stand sparkling water. When I was in Germany for an exchange it was all they would serve and I absolutely hated it. I was totally in hell for the 5 weeks I was gone, all I wanted was still water and I'd end up having to choke down the sparkling stuff.

Sparkling, I got hooked on it living in Germany and I still love it. But most of the time I drink plain old tapwater at home, on the rocks with a lemon slice.

I don't like water...I'm such a horrible person... I don't like it cuz it's tasteless. I try to drink some but I only like it if it's refreshingly cold or flavoured. I have a Brita filter jug that I use. I give my dog filtered water and also use the water for making other beverages and in cooking food.
I don't like sparkling mineral water but isn't is somehow better for you? Like it has more minerals and they are better absorbed or something?

If you think it's crazy, you ain't seen a thing. Just wait until we're goin down in flames.

I definitely prefer still water. Over here in Singapore, tap water is 100% safe to drink so I drink gallons of it (boiled first to remove any germs of course).

    I am a guzzler, I drink at least 2.5 ltrs a day, sometimes 3.

Sparkling! At home I drink Brita-filtered and then Soda-clubbed tap water. When eating out, local brands like Arkina or Henniez, or famous ones like San Pellegrino. Hate Perrier and Badoit, they taste funny.

I drink 3 liters of water ever day, only still water, and I'm very picky about the taste. I can't understand those who say that water is tasteless

And I don't like how sparkling tastes!

Definitely still, I hate sparkling. For home we buy bottled water and I try to drink that only---no soda! That is very hard for me because I didn't drink much water growing up. I hated it because it was so bland and awful. I have no clue how I grew up so healthy being that I can't remember ever drinking water as a child.

I just will not pay for water anymore than I have to already so it is just plain old Columbus tap for me..maybe with a slice of lemon or something.

Sparkling (only a good brand; the store brands here don't hold their fizz) with my afternoon snack, regular the rest of the time.

Still water and it has to be cold also. We buy bottled water, Ozarka, because our city water smells and tastes like sulphur. They have flushed the lines 5 times since May 2005 and it has gotten better but not much. I also give our pooch bottled water. I cook and make tea with bottled water so when I go to the store they now say "Oh there is the Ozarka lady" HEHE

Still water. I hate sparkling water. My favorite brand is Spa Reine. It has to be room temperature though. I don't like cold water.
