I have a problem with water, I'm not drinking enough of it. I just never really feel thirsty. I filled up a glass this morning (8am) and at 2:30pm am just finishing it.
I KNOW I need more, to make sure my body works properly but without the urge to drink, I just keep forgetting...even when it's right in front of me.
Can anyone else relate? Did you get over it and if so, how?
