I'm having my usual light breakfast of banana slices and vanilla protein pudding.
Just had 2% fat yoghurt for breakfast and will be having salad for lunch. I really need to get my act together and lose some weight.
Breakfast of chicken ramen noodles, oyster crackers..a few chips...and coffee.

Stuffed grape leaves with cucumber dip and sliced tomatoes on the side. Its to die for.

Yes its the best, my sister in law makes these amazing concoctions, I'll have to get her recipe. She made this cucumber dip and I'm trying to figure out what the secret ingredient is, it tastes absolutely phenomenal.
My mother in law makes this fantastic mashy stuffed cabbage leaves. I'm still trying to learn the tips. Stuffed eggplant and zucchini are also my favorites.

Ta’meya (or falafel). Its absolutely fantastic but I hope it doesn't hurt my tummy. Also I have a bit of brown rice on the side.
