^^Nah, what I was trying to say was that I'd cook it with the meat and then remove the meat before I ate it. I'd probably throw some peppers and mushrooms in there too as you've suggested. There are others in my family who eat meat and I'm not grossed out by a little meat grease flavoring my food.

i never have popcicles but this morning i woke up with a craving for grape popcicles which you can't find here so i had to settle for the next best thing.

Leftover lasagna (always better the day or 2 after) - made it with zucchini, spinach, ground turkey and a couple of different types of mushrooms. Yumm-O.
