Default Healthy snack bars-which do you like?

I sometimes like to have a snack bar in between lunch and dinner. My favorites are:
    1. Luna Bars. 70% organic, for women, and taste great
    2. I just tried a new bar called Cliff Mojo. Same calories as luna, and they're huge for that amount of cals. They are very nutty though lol
    3. I used to love Zone Perfect chocolate Peanut Butter. However, they changed the forumla which now includes High fructose corn syrup, so I cant buy them anymore. I scoured the nieghborhood looking for the old recipe and found a few
    4. Kashi bars arent bad. The little ones that come in a pack of 6 are my faves.

    Which ones do y'all like/eat?

I love Pria bars. I would eat one for lunch everyday back when I had ridiculous hours and no free time and it would give me enough energy to get through my day. Plus, they tasted reallly good. Somewhere around 110 calories each.

Nature's Path Organic Granola Bars- Flax Plus Pumpkin are really good. They also have a cereal with the same ingredients. Full of healthy and yummy ingredients, I put one in my bag for emergency hunger fixes.

Sunshine I used to watch a boy with autism who was on a gluten/casein free diet - I would give him the Nutz Over Chocolate Luna Bar because it was carob, not chocolate and he loved it. (At least it used to be gluten/casein free, it's been about 5 years since I read the label!!) Those things are AWESOME and my kids love them.
Don't worry about what other people think. They don't do it very often.

I haven't been able to find any that taste good. I think they all have a bitter, chemical taste. I eat Quaker Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip bars and Nature Valley Maple and Brown Sugar bars, but I don't think they are really "healthy"

I have been on a mission to find a truly high in protein bar that tastes good and isn't loaded w/fat and carbs. The Balance bars are ok...though fatty. And Kashi bars taste good (imho) but don't have a lot of protein.

I'm trying to find one to give my kids, so they actually get some freaking PROTEIN in their diets for a change.

I love Kashi bars too, Lynnie D. The Kashi Go Lean bars have a more protein and fiber than the others. 9 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber. They don't taste as good as the regular Kashi bars, but aren't too bad.

Sunshine, I love the organic Clif ZBars for kids. They have Chocolate or Peanut Butter and they're a great snack.

NutriBars are good, but they are really a meal replacement, rather than a snack. They're about 200-250 calories each I think. However, they actually have tons of vitamins, protein, and even fiber, which I've noticed a lot of snack bars are lacking. They can be a good tool in weight loss if you just keep the calorie count in mind. Add an apple or a glass of milk and you've got a meal.

The Kashi Chocolate Turtle Roll bars are good, though I think they are being discontinued.

I eat the Kashi bars a lot - Peanut Butter is my favorite. I also eat Nature Valley Oats & Honey bars and I think I like them best. They have a lot of crunch.
