What are you embarrassed to be caught eating?
For me, it's chips and dip, or just ripping a bag of chips open and having at them. And the other day my husband asked me, "What happened to all those mini-chocolate bars leftover from Halloween? I feel like having one." Er...I don't even like chocolate all that much and I ate them all!

I will pick at a muffin for hours. It's a leftover from my ED days and I'm not proud of it, but it's such a conditioned behavior now. Since I usually do it in the privacy of my office, luckily not too many people catch me.

Slimfast Oltima (1/2 the sugar as regular)---Ive always thought they were good bc they have all the vitamins/minerals/protein and very little calories (180) and taste like chocolate milk...theyre very satisfying and are great to get thru a busy day on bc they give u energy but dont make u feel stuffed and sluggish...
i dont like being seen having them bc ppl ALWAYS feel compelled to intererogate me and ask 100000 questions and make comments "OMGGGGG YOURE drinking SLIMFAST?" "WHY you dont need to lose weight" and "ewwwww why dont you eat something" or "isnt that stuff SOOOOOO GROSSSS", i try to chug one on the DL but theres aways ppl around
