The one food I refuse to eat is lamb. Just the thought of it makes me ill.

"Foods" I would never eat include organ meats and any form of insect life. Liver and onions I despised as a kid, and even as I got old I never developed any taste for organ meats of any shape or form. Nasty.

I'm also not into 'unique' cuisines like stuff made from blood.

I also will never knowingly eat any insect. Just the thought of doing so makes me queasy. Those stupid shows where contestants eat bugs is horrid. I especially find those huge ass grubs revolting. I heard they taste like butter and are a delicacy in many parts of the world, but I figure even if I was delirious and dying of hunger I would never, ever touch a bug.

I'll eat pretty much anything apart from oysters (a mouthful of salty snot IMO and WAAAAY over-rated) and eels (dunno why, I just can't do it and it's not because they look like snakes because I've eaten snake and it's OK).

I love oysters, but I won't eat a lot of meats, organ meats, anything too exotic that creeps, walks or swims, fast food, anything overly sweet or salty. I also don't like food that has a slimy texture.

^Seeing that reminds me... there's a reason for the Hebrew purity laws (which are very interesting and understandable), and I abided by every one of them (pretty much what PB said) before I even knew about them.

Pretty much everything everyone's said here so far, I won't touch.

    i'll eat anything except insects.
i have tried pretty much every kind of meat except cat or dog. and the only thing i don't like is beef tongue. it's nasty and bumpy.
besides that, there's stuff i don't like (cauliflower, white chocolate) but it doesn't totally disgust me, i just think it tastes awful.

eta: forgot to add flan. it's the most disgusting thing on earth, especially the kind that comes with that watery sauce that tastes like caramel sweat. and pretty much any mushy, soggy dessert. that includes tiramisu, tres leches, anything spongy bathed in custard, etc... gross!

Just three things (out of 'normal' foods, excepting stuff like dead dogs, obviously): peppers, milk (I eat all milk products and occasionally drink hot chocolate-just milk itself) and pepper (that includes all hot foods).

Mostly all that was already said.
And to add: calmari(squid), tofu, sushi, scrapple, chittlens, and spam. Ugh.
