Default Preparing MayPop's (Passion Flower fruit)

Well i have some of these fruits that actually ripened and have no clue on how to use these Maypop fruits. Any Southerners have any idea of how to get something(juice maybe?) out of these? they are ripe and falling off the vine and the seeds look ripened and black. Maypop=Passiflora Incarnata

Hmm eat them straight up?

I think it would be hard to get all the seeds out if you were to make jam or juice them.

(Passion flower fruit same as passion fruit? )
