    Default Spiced Pumpkin Ice Cream

Blue Bell's Spiced Pumpkin Pecan ice cream returns to stores

    Twitter - Blue Bell

Blue Bell is reintroducing their take on everyone's favorite fall flavor with the return of their Spiced Pumpkin Pecan ice cream.
The Brenham, Texas-based company announced on Twitter that the flavor will begin reappearing on shelves starting September 24.

The company describes the ice cream as a "delightful spiced pumpkin ice cream combined with tasty sugar-coated pecans and a rich cinnamon-honey-praline sauce."You can expect it to be an awesome way to add a seasonal flavored dessert to your meals this autumn.

I would totally eat that, but we can't get that ice cream in these parts.

I keep forgetting it's still not available everywhere.

Years ago, Bluebell was only available in Texas. At least their market has expanded somewhat.

We don't have it in my state either. I did Google it and there are all these news stories about this flavor coming out. I think that is weird.

So, by "spiced" they mean cinnamon, not sriracha or jalapenos or something?

If I drive about 350 miles to the south, I can get it in a tiny little ice cream shop, but it hasn't broken into our market yet. That I know of. Anyway, I had it once and it was so good. It was coffee toffee crunch or something like that. I'm always on the lookout for it.

Pumpkin, any style, is Satan’s slime. I’m glad we can’t get this in Oz.

Well I wouldn't go that far but I'm also glad this fad seems to have bypassed the Antipodes.

Bluebell is delicious. No, im not biased because I'm a Texan. The flavors are genuine and not overwhelming or too rich. My most recent purchases were "Bride's Cake" and "Groom's Cake". They both tasted exactly like you would expect. The Bride's cake had amaretto flavor in it. The Groom's Cake had pieces of dark chocolate and strawberry.
    🍨🍓😋

Now they need to create a "Wedding Punch" flavor!

Here are the various flavors of Bluebell:

I love "wedding cake" flavored stuff, or in another words, almond. I didn't know you could order it online though. Hmm...

Pumpkin and pumpkin spice aren't the same thing. I don't get the pumpkin hate. It's just a squash like butternut or whatever.

Pumpkin, squash, whatever. Yuk. There’s not many veggies I avoid, but this is top of the list. Something about the claggy texture I think.

I can't do pumpkin either. Even the smell of it is not appealing. 😖

I'm a pumpkin whore. Lol I like squash in general, though. And the seeds.

When are they bringing back the yummy Listeria flavor?
