Salad first place. With different kinds of lettuce, tuna, feta cheese or mozzarella, seeds, sun dried tomatoes, a teaspoon pesto and a boiled egg.

Or else gnocchi with crème fraîche, smoked salmon and green beans.

Nachos with sour cream and avocado.

I'm a big salad lover too.

Caprese salad; penne pasta with mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, olives, and a very light dressing with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.

    That made me hungry.

A classic Salad Nicoise with lots of anchovy and good bread. Perfection.

Cucumber sandwiches on croissants. I take a croissant and cut the top off of it. Then, I VERY lightly spread cream cheese on the inside (I don't like too much) and put some cucumber slices in it. My friends all beg me to make these when we get together. They are very light and very refreshing.

They had this water at The Kahala in Hawaii and I fell in love with it. It's ice cold water with cucumber slices and mint leaves in the bottom of the pitcher. On some mornings, they would add strawberries as well. So refreshing!!

Cucumber sandwiches are delish. I sometimes make watercress and cucumber sandwiches.

I also love asparagus sandwiches. They're a bit fussy to make, but every bite is worth it.

Either my chicken salad with pineapple on a crossant or pasta salad with burgers topped with bacon, sweet BBQ sauce, blue cheese.

we take allen bros bone-in ribeye steaks or wagu bone-in steak (american kobe)...we put my homemade bbq rub on the raw meat and then grill on an infared grill where at the last minute we douse it in spicy bqq sauce. With the extra fat from the bone+the crispy texture from the rub on the outside, the flavor is just so yum
