Okay so out shopping today i finally brought these two items. As a vegie I should have been using them a LONG time ago but hey, I'm not made of money damnit.
Now I need some super healthy ways to use them. I've been told to just put a bit of molasses in my oats or baked beans in the morning and use some flaxseed oil on my salads but I like using things creatively. Also, I need some low cal uses due to the fact that my mum also wants to have these things added to her diet. So healthy, low cal, creative. Any ideas?
