Coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
Ideally I love to have 2 cups a day: 1 in the morning and 1 after lunch in the afternoon w/ some cream or milk and maybe some splenda but I've had to give up so much coffee b/c of my recovering hair's health since I read somewhere that caffeine isn't good for hair growth/health; so now I just have about 5 cups a week or less
mmmm coffee, i luv the warm taste and sexy feeling of it; I especially love cafe mochas over ice, very goooood

Re: coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I like homemade iced coffee the best if I'm actually trying to get a "kick" out of it. I find with warm caffeinated drinks the slow sipping seems to cancel out the buzz effect. I just brew a big pot of strong coffee (Kicking Horse Organic Fair Trade! ), stick it in the fridge to cool a bit, then pour some over ice with milk, a dash of vanilla extract and some Splenda.

Re: coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I only take espressos, no sugar no cream. I'll have from 0 to 4 day, more than 4 and my stomach ties itself into knots.
Works great as laxative

Re: coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I'll usually get an Americano on the dry side from starbucks (espresso and water, on the dry side means less water). I do a little bit of skim milk and maybe a sweet n low or SF vanilla syrup, but not often. I used to work at Starbucks, so I got VERY used to the taste of coffee and like it pretty close to plain.

Re: coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I have a cappuccino machine at home and will often have espresso or cappuccino or a latte as well. But I'll just tend to have one as a slow sipping treat - for a regular pick-me-up I'll do the iced coffee thing or tea.

Re: coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I don't drink coffee. I don't like the taste but want to hear something crazy? I could sniff the coffee beans all day long. My god they smell so good that it makes me sad that I don't like the taste of them when brewed.

^^^I think a lot of people feel that way. My kids have never had coffee but love the smell. I was the same way before I converted.
I do Equal & non-dairy creamer in my coffee. For some reason, I despise Splenda in coffee, but like it in tea.
I like French Vanilla coffee by Gevalia.

I think I said Splenda, but I've actually started using Stevia instead. It's natural, herbal or some such thing, and supposedly not a neurotoxin. Always a plus. But - I actually don't really care for the taste. I hope I'll get used to it.

I love my coffee in the morning and sometimes on a cold day, I'll have a cup when I get home from work. I usually drink it with coffee mate and sweet n low or equal.

Re: coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I have to have my coffee black, usually a short black espresso shot. It has to be real coffee, no instant. NO instant. lol.
In summer I make chilled black coffee with cinnamon, chocolate and paprika.
Oh and go the chocolate covered coffee beans.

^Wow, that chilled black coffee sounds yummy! And I love chocolate covered coffee beans.
I drink Dunkin Donuts coffee, french vanilla or hazelnut, black. I buy the bags and grind it at home and drink way more than I should.
A few nights a week I buy French Vanilla Coffee Coolatta's with whipped cream. YUM.

Re: Coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
i do love starbucks and frequent the stores often. i like caramel mochiatos for a special treat (v sugary) and their cinammamon dolce something something for my regular drink.
i also love to make coffee w a couple spoonfuls of hot chocolate at the bottom
i really like black coffee but i'm scared of it staining my teeth
and finally, i just got this nice sweetener that's i think carnation or something but it's vanilla caramel and it's lovely for such a non-gourmet thing. i will put a spot of that in my coffee (which is delish and from honduras)

Re: Coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I like Starbucks, but I usually go the cheap homemade route. I like sweet and low and non-dairy creamer in my coffee. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Re: Coffee drinkers: how do you take your coffee?
I like my coffee black and very strong. I've had to cut back, though. I feel like it's going to do gross things to the color of my teeth and lately it's really been making me jittery.
Weaning yourself off caffiene makes for a sucky few weeks.

Plain old boring black coffee [that I make myself] with one sugar.
