Honey
I know there are many different honey's depending on where and what the bees pollinate. My question is what type of honey do you think is really good. I was told to try Orange Blossom.
Im open to try anything

Try looking up 'Manuka' honey on the net, its from NZ and is considered the king of honeys because of its lovely caramel flavor and health giving properties. Can be pricey though. I also like strong flavored red gum honey from Australia.

I love organic buckwheat honey. It has an intense colour and flavour. Once you start eating real honey, you'll never go back to the commercial stuff.
I have a friend who makes her own (her husband has an aviary) and it is out of this world.

I thought honey wasn't good for you b/c of the sugar content?

I know this sounds dumb but they make "commercial" honey different? I mean I thought honey was honey. Not man made
And to get organic honey where would I go? What type of store?

Re: Honey
My favorite is orange blossom honey. But I haven't really tried that many different kinds.
I'd imagine that any little health food store would carry organic honey. Or maybe someplace like Trader Joe's? Wild Oats? Whole Foods?
