I'm trying to eat healthier and force my boyfriend to do the same but I only know so many good recipes and they get tiring after awhile. Does anyone have any delicious recipes that are healthy and calorie wise? I'm trying to stop eatting red meat and most dairy products since i've started experiencing discomfort in my stomach and trouble with indigestion. I'm not a huge fan of fish except canned tuna since I don't live where I can buy it truly fresh. We really enjoy salads, pitas, soups, skinless chicken breast and brown rice and pretty much every type of vegetable or fruit. Also, is there any brand of juice frozen or not that really is good for you and not full of sugar? I'm done with drinking soda pop. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!
