I have a friend who drinks Vitamin Water and who insists it's healthier than H2O. I'm so gonna ruin her day

I work with a total cuntasaurus who gets these a few times a week. It would literally be sweet revenge if she gained 50 lbs

Vitamin water is horrible.. nothing beats good old H20.. "sugar-free" shit is pretty much just as bad, too.

Im a water girl, and forget all those coffee drinks. The only yogurt i eat is Stoneyfield and Brown Cow.
I rarely buy out the reg grocery section and stick to organic and health food, where I can understand the ingredients and know Im not getting junk!

No matter so many people have issues with obesity.

It's shocking how people eat rather 'ordinary' foods everyday and still get sickening amounts of sugar. SO much sugar in everything.

we try not to eat processed food, but my husband begged me to get ranch dressing.

Ingredients are: water, corn syrup, vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, then a range of powders and chemicals

Seriously these foods are so unhealthy it's shocking

this is so true. people drink way too many sugary drinks, and many of them under the guise of them being "healthy". lots of people think stuff like vitamin water & those sobe drinks are healthy...heh, far from it.

i very rarely drink anything besides water. if i do, it's water based & not sweetened (such as tea).

I drink lots of the 'flavored' water stuff...the little packets and all. I always get the sugar free to avoid the calories. Is this that bad really? I have tried to give up pop because of the acid and all, but these things seem to have citric acid as one of the main ingredients?

At least they are cheap and are not calorie laden though.

Same here, I was using Splenda to sweeten my tea but can't right now. I bought some Truvia since it's supposed to be organic and sweeter than sugar. I'm not exactly convinced on that though.
