    Love brownies, Buffalo wings, cupcakes and more, but not all the calories and fat that come with 'em? So do we. That's why we developed 200 guilt-free recipes for our new book Hungry Girl 200 Under 200: 200 Recipes Under 200 Calories. Here are a few junk-food-inspired favorites from the book, plus some fantastic guilt-free food finds. Get ready to kick cravings to the curb, Hungry Girl style!
    H-O-T Hot Boneless Buffalo Wings

    PER SERVING (5 wings): 175 calories, 1.5g fat, 1,153mg sodium, 14g carbs, 4g fiber, <1g sugars, 27g protein

    Pssst! You'll fool EVERYONE with these...
    8 oz. raw boneless skinless lean chicken breast, cut into 10 nuggets
    1/4 cup Fiber One bran cereal (original)
    1 oz. (about 14 crisps) Pringles Light Fat Free Barbeque Potato Crisps (or another fat-free BBQ-flavored potato chip)
    3 tbsp. Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    Dash of each onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a blender or food processor, grind cereal to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Crush potato crisps completely. In a small dish, mix crushed crisps with cereal crumbs. Add spices and stir well.

    In a separate dish, cover chicken with Frank's RedHot and toss to coat. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Give each chicken piece a shake so it's not dripping with sauce, and then coat evenly with crumb mixture. Lay crumb-covered nuggets on the baking sheet.
    Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until outsides are crispy and chicken is cooked throughout.

    Guilt-Free Junk Food Find: Popchips!

    Never baked, never fried, these chips are POPPED, baby! They taste delicious, come in lots of fun flavors, and are low in calories and fat. AND there are single-serving bags available. It's our go-to snack when we want something crunchy and delicious without all the grease and fat that typically goes along with it.

    "Swirls Gone Wild" Cheesecake Brownies

    PER SERVING (1 brownie): 133 calories, 1.75g fat, 312mg sodium, 29g carbs, 1.5g fiber, 7.5g sugars, 3g protein

    The Cheesecake Factory's Brownie Sundae Cheesecake is rumored to have an insane 970 calories & 63g fat per slice. Make these instead!

    One 18.25-oz. box devil's food cake mix
    One 15-oz. can pure pumpkin
    6 oz. fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
    1/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
    1 tsp. Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla powdered creamer
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pumpkin, stirring until completely blended. Batter will be very thick.

    Spread batter into a large baking pan (about 9" X 13") sprayed with nonstick spray. Set aside.

    In a medium bowl, dissolve powdered creamer in 2 tbsp. warm water. Add cream cheese, Splenda, and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until blended and lump-free.

    Spoon mixture over brownie batter and swirl with a knife. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. Cut into 16 pieces. Enjoy!


    Life-Changing French Fry Swap!

    Fat-free, high-fiber, low-calorie French fries? Wow! Just grab a butternut squash, peel it, remove the seeds, and cut it into French fry shapes. Pat dry and sprinkle with kosher salt. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, and then bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. TADA! Guilt-free fries with WAY fewer calories than regular ones. Yes!

    Chocolate Marshmallow Madness Cupcakes

    PER SERVING (1 glazed and topped cupcake): 109 calories, 2g fat, 230mg sodium, 21g carbs, 0.75g fiber, 12.5g sugars, 2g protein

    For Cupcakes
    2 cups moist-style chocolate cake mix (1/2 of an 18.25-oz. box)
    One 25-calorie packet diet hot cocoa mix
    1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
    1 tbsp. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
    1/8 tsp. salt

    For Glaze and Topping
    1/4 cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. light vanilla soymilk
    1 tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    12 mini marshmallows

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a tall glass, dissolve cocoa mix in 1/4 cup hot water. Add 1 cup cold water and stir well. In a large bowl, combine cocoa mixture with all other ingredients for cupcakes. Whisk until smooth.

    Line a 12-cup muffin pan with baking cups and/or spray with nonstick spray. Evenly distribute cake mixture among the cups. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool.

    To prepare glaze, place marshmallow creme in a small dish. Add soymilk and mix well. Once cupcakes have cooled completely, drizzle with glaze. Top with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


    Guilt-Free Junk Food Find: Low-Fat Donuts!
